My Speech

My Speech

Do you think we should ban Pokemon cards at school? Hi i’m Jack and today I’m going to be talking about why pokemon cards should not be banned from school.

First of all these cards contains math so playing them  can help to educate you in a way. So take Wigglypuff 70 hp vs Snugbull 70 hp and so hypnoblast 10 - hp and tackle 20 -. You have to add and subtract when you play this game.  This will help you to get better at your Maths in class.

Second of all playing Pokemon Cards  are enjoyable and fun because nearly half the school plays it. Did you know T.C.G stands for trading card game?

Third of all the rules, well they’re very simple and fun to learn because it makes new friends and you get to know other people. Without knowing you will probably now nearly know half the schools Pokemon players. This will help build better friendships around the school and make our playground a happy and peaceful place to be.

Fourth of all the pokemon online games are also helpful which also means (more math=more knowledge). Games such as Pokemon Deluge,X and Y,Silver Soul and the official T.C.G online are found on Nintendo 3DS and P.C Windows.

Fifth of all When you buy more cards you can chose themed decks, the type of energy types Pokemon take will be fighting, electric, water, steel, grass, dragon, dark, fire, fairy and psychic. They are great fun and help you to be creative and use your imagination.  All important skills that will help you with your learning in school.

Sixth of all the hall in school could be turned into the school’s very own Pokemon centre. In the morning when parents drop their kids of in the morning they could try finding people to bid, trade and put on a Pokemon auction or just leave them there with a teacher until morning tea or lunch. Meanwhile at lunch or morning tea you could trade, play inter school games or play trainer(stater)games with other beginners or be a trainer or a supporter to others.

Thank you so much for your time and always remember this speech and then  hopefully you will have second thoughts on not banning Pokemon cards at our school. Remember my name is Jack and I vote to not ban our Pokemon Cards.
